摘要

<正> 胰功肽（N-Benzoyl-L-Tyrosyl-P-Aminobenzoic Acid 简称 BT-PABA）其结构式为:N-苯甲酰-L-酪氨酰-对氨苯甲酸体外水解试验表明

Abstract

The stability of the aqueous solution of BT-PABA(N-Benzoyl-L-Tyrosyl p-Aminobenzoic acid)have been studied

and we found that the above described solution was most stable at pH7.8

Propandiol

propantiol

ethanol and mannitol each of them exhibited some delayed decomposing effect on BT-PABA

among them

the first one was most predominant. The buffer solution of potassium dihydrogen phosphate and borax could not be used owing to it accelerated the decomposing effect on BT-PABA.According to the prelimilary determination

the aqueous solution of BT-PABA was pretty stable under ordinary temperature

and its half-life period was fourty seven years.
