摘要

目的：观察Versapulse激光治疗外源性皮肤色素性病变的临床效果。方法：用Versapulse激光的三种不同Q开关激光分别治疗不同的外源性皮肤色素性病变。结果：此方法可明显去除或淡化外源性色素性病变，无疤痕产生。结论：Versapulse激光对外源性皮肤色素性病变效果好，但个别病例如色素颗粒较大，色素较深，需多次治疗，才能达到效果。本方法明显优于传统的治疗方法，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective: To observe the results and complications of extraneous skin pigmentosus disease treated with Versapulse "C" aesthetic laser. Methods: Extraneous skin pigmentosus lesions were treated by different kinds of Q-swich laser of the Versapulse "C". Specific wavelength was used to treat different tincture lesions

such as tattoo

brow and eyeliner tattoo. Results: Some good results were achieved in all of 342 cases of extraneous skin pigmentosus lesions

the rate of availability was 100%. Conclusion:Satisfactory results were obtained in the treatment of extraneous skin pigmentosus lesions

but it needs a long-time treatment especially in the deep layer tissue and area of extraneous skin pigmentosus lesions

It has more merit than current ordinary methods.
