摘要

目的：评价喷昔洛韦乳膏治疗单纯疱疹的疗效和安全性。方法：将64例单纯疱疹患者随机分为喷昔洛韦乳膏治疗组和阿昔洛韦乳膏对照组。治疗后第1，2，4，6，10，14天观察记录。结果：治疗组与对照组在结痂开始时间、完全结痂时间、脱痂开始时间和完全脱痂时间比较均有显著性差异（Ｐ<0.05），痊愈率比较无显著性差异（Ｐ>0.05）。两组病例均未发生不良反应。结论：喷昔洛韦乳膏是治疗单纯疱疹的安全有效药物。

Abstract

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of penciclovir cream against herpes simplex. Methods: Sixty-four patients with herpes simplex were randomly assigned to receive either penciclovir cream or acyclovir cream. Lesions were assessed on days 1

10 and 14. Results: There were statistically significant differences between two groups in terms of time to start escharing

time to start shedding and complete shedding (Ｐ<0.05)

there were no statistically significant differences between two groups in the rate of recovery (Ｐ>0.05). There happened to be no adverse effects in two groups. Conclusion: It is indicated that penciclovir cream is well-tolerated and effecitive for the treatment of herpes simplex.
