摘要

目的:探讨端粒酶催化亚基（hTERT）基因与膀胱移行细胞癌（TCC）生物学行为的关系。hTERTTCC方法:采用法RT-PCR检测例组织

例癌旁组织和例正常膀胱粘膜组织的表达

分析与临床分期、病理分化程度、浸润程27TCC1616hTERTTCC度、肿瘤复发等生物学行为的关系。结果:组织中表达的阳性率为（）

而癌旁组织的阳性率为100%27/2737.5%（）

正常膀胱粘膜的阳性率为

三者比较在统计学上具有显著性差别（6/160P）

但在不同临床分期、病理分级的<0.01组织及浸润、复发和多发肿瘤的表达阳性率差别不具统计学意义（TCChTERTP）。 >0.05结论:本实验结果表明组织中TCC表达阳性率明显高于癌旁组织和正常膀胱粘膜的表达

可以作为特异和灵敏的诊断与鉴别诊断的肿瘤标志hTERThTERTTCC物

但与的不同临床分期、病理分级、肿瘤浸润和复发等生物学行为未见相关性。hTERTTCC

Abstract

Objective: To study human telomerase reverse transcriptase (hTERT) in transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder (TCC) and its relation to the biological malignant potentials of TCC. Methods: Using reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) assay

hTERT in 27 TCC tissues

16 adjacent tissues and 16 normal bladder tissues were examined. Results: hTERT was detected in 27 of 27(100%) TCC tissues

6 in 16 (37.5%) adjacent tissues and none of 16 normal bladder tissues (0)

the positive rate of hTERT in TCC being significantly higher than that in adjacent and normal bladder tissues (P<0.01). There was no significant correlation between the positive rate of hTERT and the clinicopathologic features of TCC

including clinical stage

pathologic grade

tumor invasion

tumor recurrence and multiplicity ( P>0.05). Conclusion: hTERT may be used as tumor marker in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of TCC.
