摘要

目的:探讨层粘连蛋白（Laminin

LN）和受体（LamininReceptor

LN-R）的表达在葡萄胎预后中的意义。方法:应用免疫组化方法对41例葡萄胎组织（经随访13例发生恶变）和20例正常早孕绒毛组织中LN及LN-R进行检测。结果:LN在正常绒毛、葡萄胎未恶变组和恶变组中的强表达率分别为

90.0%（18/20）、71.4%（20/28）、38.5%（5/13）;LN-R分别为70.0%（14/20）、71.4%（20/28）、84.6%（11/13）。LN表达葡萄胎预后恶变组显著高于其他两组。结论:LN和LN-R在葡萄胎中的表达可能在葡萄胎恶变过程中起重要作用

有望作为判断葡萄胎预后的参考指标之一。

Abstract

Objective: To investigate the significance of laminin(LN) and laminin receptor(LN-R) in the proceeding and prognosis of hydatidiform mole.Methods: Immunohistochemical SP staining was used to detect the expression of LN and LN-R in 41 hydatidiform mole cases(13 cases were learned to have turned malignant by following up).20 cases of normal early gestational chorion were detected as control.Results: The strong positive rates of LN and LN-R in normal chorion

hydatidiform mole un-malignant group and malignant group were respectively 90.0%(18/20)

71.4%(20/28)

38.5%(5/13)

and 70.0%(14/20)

71.4%(20/28)

84.6%(11/13).The strong expression of LN had a significant difference between malignant group and the other 2 groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: LN and LN-R may play an important role in malignant proceeding of hydatidiform mole.Detection of LN and LN-R may be of great value in assessing the prognosis of moles.
