摘要

目的:观察可冲洗气管导管在预防呼吸机相关性肺炎中的价值。方法:将经鼻气管插管行机械通气的患者随机分成观察组和对照组

观察组使用可冲洗式气管导管

对照组使用普通气管导管

分别记录两组呼吸机相关性肺炎发生情况。结果:观察组呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率为21.6%

发生时间13±4天

对照组发生率为48.7%

发生时间6±3天

存在着显著性差异。结论:正确使用可冲洗气管导管

可减少呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生。

Abstract

Objective: To observe the prevention effect of endotracheal tube on ventilator-associated pneumonia(VAP).Methods: Patients undergoing mechnical ventilation were divided into observational group and control group.The observational group treated with endotracheal tubes

and the control group common tubes

then the occurrence of VAP was recorded in each group.Results: The incidence rate of VAP was 21.6% in observational group

and the average time length was 13±4 days

while the rate in control group was 48.7%

and time length was 6±3days.There were statistically significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion: Proper use of endotracheal tube can reduce the occurrence of VAP.
