摘要

目的:探讨巨噬细胞移动抑制因子（MIF）mRNA在食管鳞癌及正常食管组织中的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法:采用逆转录-聚合酶链反应（RT-PCR）法检测MIFmRNA在80例手术切除的食管鳞癌组织及正常食管组织中的表达。结果:MIFmRNA表达率在食管鳞癌中为85%（68/80）

而在正常食管组织中为15%（15/80）

有显著性差异（P<0.01）。MIFmRNA的阳性表达率与肿瘤细胞分化程度及TNM分期有关（P<0.05）

而与患者年龄、性别、肿瘤大小以及有无淋巴结转移无关（P>0.05）。结论:MIFmRNA的高水平表达说明其参与了食管鳞癌的发病机制.并将可能为食管鳞癌的早期诊断和治疗提供一种新的手段。

Abstract

Objective:To explore the mRNA expression of macrophage migration inhibitory factor(MIF)in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and its relationship with the clinical pathologic characteristics of that carcinoma.Methods:The expressions of MIF mRNA in esophageal carcinoma tissues and normal esophageal tissues were detected by RT-PCR in eighty patients.Results:MIF mRNA expression rate in esophageal carcinoma was 85%(68/80)

while in the normal esophageal tissues it was 15%(15/80).the difference was significant(P<0.01).The positive expression rate of MIF mRNA was correlated with differentiation degree and TNM stage of carcinoma(P<0.05)

but not with patient age

patient sex

or lymph node metastasis(P>0.05).Conclusion:Increased MIFmRNA expression contributed to carcinogenesis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma

which might provide a new way for early diagnosis and therapy of esophageal carcinoma.
