目的:分析我校科技工作者的科研心态

促进科技事业健康发展。方法:采用自填问卷进行现况调查。结果:目前我校科技工作者中普遍存在科研目的功利

科研方向摇摆

科研队伍单薄

科研协作意识不强等情况。结论:倡导协作、坚持、求实、拼搏的科学研究精神

积极营造良性的科学研究氛围。

Abstract

Objective:We had analyzed the attitude of science researchers in a university to promote the development of science cause in the university. Method:We had made a prevalence survey through a questionnaire. Results:Some researchers join in science cause to acquire some profits

they often change their research orientation and they aren’t willing to cooperate with each other. Conclusion:We must initiate a kind of spirit of which advantageous to collaborate
