摘要

目的:比较机械通气中两种湿化方法在人工气道中的应用效果。方法:实验组42例

采用精密输液器持续滴入气道湿化液;对照组42例

采取传统的气道内定时、间断注入湿化液

然后比较两组的湿化效果及相关并发症。结果:实验组的湿化效果不但明显好于对照组

而且并发症少（P<0.01）。结论:机械通气中采用精密输液器持续气道湿化

具有操作简单、安全可靠

效果确切

并发症少等优点

明显优于传统的气道内定时、间断注入湿化液的方法。

Abstract

Objective:To compare the effect of two kinds of humidification methods on patients with artificial respiratory tract.Methods:42 cases in the experimental group was used in precision infusion set to drip humidity fluid continuously in the airway.The syringe was another 42 cases in the control group used to drip humidify fluid discontinuously.Comparisons of the humidification effects and correlative complications in two groups were made.Results:The complication in experimental group was much less than that in the control group(P<0.01)and the humidity effect in experimental group was also better than that in the control group.Conclusion:During mechanical ventilation

the lasting air way humidification with precision infusion set can increase the humidity effects and decrease the complications.
