摘要

目的:评价银杏达莫在高血压脑出血微创颅内血肿碎吸术后的疗效。方法:对93例脑出血患者随机分为两组:A组治疗组54例

B组对照组39例。两组均使用微创技颅内血肿碎吸术清除血肿

并同时给予常规治疗

A组另加用银杏达莫20ml/d静滴

共30天。治疗前、治疗后第7天、第14天、第30天对患者进行欧洲卒中评分（EES）、日常生活能力评定（ADL）、常规检查及检查并发症。结果:第30天

治疗组与对照组EES评分差异显著（69.6±19.8vs60.2±17.3

P<0.01）

ADL比较差异显著（66.9±18.7vs59.4±15.4

P<0.05）。结论:银杏达莫能改善微创颅内血肿碎吸术后脑出血的神经功能缺损和日常生活能力

未见严重的不良反应。

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the effect of Yin Xing Da Mo for treatment of cerebral hemorrhage after intracranial hematoma microinvasive craniopuncture scavenging technique(MPST). Methods:93 cases of cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into therapeutic group(group A

n=54)and controlled group(group B

n=39). Two groups were used MPST and basic treatment. The group A were additionally used Yin Xing Da Mo 20ml

for 30days. Before treatment

and 7th

30th after treatment

European Stroke Scale(EES)

activity of daily living(ADL)

routine examination

and complication were determined. Results:At the 30th day

there were significant differential EES value and ADL value in the two groups(69.6±19.8 vs 60.2±17.3

P<0.01;66.9±18.7 vs 59.4±15.4

P<0.05). Conclusion:Yin Xing Da Mo can improve the deficiency of neurologic function and ADL after treatment

and it has no serious adverse reaction.
