摘要

目的:探讨超声在小儿腹股沟肿块中的诊断与鉴别诊断价值。方法:对520例腹股沟肿块中370例的超声诊断与术后及病理结果进行对比研究

余150例经临床诊治或超声随访证实

分析总结其声像图特征。结果:小儿腹股沟肿块声像图具有特征性表现

可分为囊性、实质性及含气性3种类型。其中囊性157例

实质性239例

含气性124例

诊断符合率97.3%。结论:超声对小儿腹股沟肿块的诊断与鉴别诊断有重要临床价值

可作为腹股沟肿块的首选影像学检查方法。

Abstract

Objective:To discuss the value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of inguinal masses in children. Methods:Five hundred and eighty-two patients were examined by ultrasonography

and the sonogram features were observed. Results:The feature of sonogram of majority cases were distinctive

which were can be separated into three kinds as spina bifida cystica

parenchymatous and hyperechogenicity. Conclusion:The ultrasonic examination should be used as the regular differential diagnostic method for inguinal masses in children.
