摘要

目的:探讨转化生长因子β1（TGF-β1）与大鼠穿透性角膜移植术后外周血中IL-6I、L-8含量的关系。方法:建立大鼠穿透性角膜移植模型

于术后1周、2周、3周、4周4个时间点用ELISA法检测大鼠外周血中IL-6I、L-8含量的变化。结果:实验组各时间点IL-6I、L-8的表达较实验对照组和空白对照组均明显下降（P<0.01）。结论:TGF-β1通过抑制大鼠穿透性移植术后外周血中IL-6I、L-8的表达来发挥免疫抑制作用。

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the relationship between TGF-β1 and the contents of IL-6 and IL-8 in peripheral blood after the penetrating keratoplasty in rat.Methods:Rat model of penetrating keratoplasty was established.ELISA assay was used to detect the contents of IL-6 and IL-8 in the peripheral blood at the first week

and fourth week postoperatively.Results:Compare with the control groups and self groups

the expression level of IL-6 and IL-8 in all experimental groups markedly decreased at different periods postoperatively(P<0.01).Conclusion:TGF-β1 can inhibit the expression of IL-6 and IL-8 in peripheral blood after penetrating keratoplasty to achieve the immune inhibition
