摘要

目的:第10号染色体同源丢失性磷酸酶-张力蛋白基因（Phosphatase and tension homology deleted on chromosometen

PTEN）、基质金属蛋白酶（Matrix metalloproteinase9

MMP-9）、激酶抑制蛋白（Kinase inhibited protein1

P27kip1）在乳腺癌中的表达及其相关性

探讨三者的表达与临床分期、淋巴结转移及预后的关系。方法:选取50例有完整临床及病理资料的乳腺癌病例

采用SP免疫组织化学技术检测乳腺癌中PTEN、MMP-9、P27kip1蛋白的表达情况。结果:PTEN、MMP-9、P27kip1在乳腺癌中高表达率分别为54%、74%、62%。结论:PTEN、MMP-9、P27kip1在乳腺癌中的表达与患者的临床分期及淋巴结转移有关

可作为乳腺癌预后的参考指标。

Abstract

Objective:To study the expression of PTEN

MMP-9 and P27kip1 in breast cancer and their relationship

to investigate the relationship between their expression and the clinical stage、the metastasis of axillary lymph node and prognosis. Methods:50 cases of breast cancer with complete clinical and pathological material are selected and test the expression of PTEN

MMP-9

P27kip1 by the SP immunohisto-chemical method. Results:The high expression rate of PTEN

MMP-9

P27kip1 are54%

74%

62% respectively. Conclusion:The expression of PTEN

MMP-9

P27kip1 in breast cance correlates with the clinical stage and the metastasis of axillary lymph node and can be used as the marker of patient’s prognosis.
