摘要

目的:了解重庆市老年人群根面龋患病现状

为制订重庆市口腔卫生保健措施提供一定的理论依据。方法:根据《第3次全国口腔健康流行病学抽样调查方案》

采用多阶段

分层

等容量

不等比

随机抽样的方法

抽取重庆市6个区县

65～74岁组人群共722人（城乡

男女各半）进行口腔健康检查。结果:重庆市65～74岁老年人恒牙根面患龋率为60.80%

龋均为1.83

充填率为2.22%。患龋率和龋均在城乡和男女之间差别均无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论:根面龋在重庆市老年人群中广泛流行

患病率高

但治疗率较低

应大力加强口腔疾病的防治措施。

Abstract

Objective:To know the current status of root caries among aged people in Chongqing

thus to provide evidence for effective programs in preventing dental caries.Methods:Based on The Guideline for the Third National Oral Health Survey

by nonproportional stratified cluster sampling method

722 people aged 65～74 years old in six districts of Chongqing were exam-ined.Males and females were of the same number

and the rural and the urban areas were also of the same number.Results:The prevalence rate of root caries was 60.80%

with mean DMFT of 1.83

and filled tooth rate was 2.22%.There were no sig-nificant differences between rural and urban areas or between two genders(P>0.05).Conclusion:The root caries among aged people in Chongqing is prevalent.The prevalence of caries is high but the treatment rate is lower.The preventive measure of oral disease should be enhanced.
