摘要

目的:探讨冠心病患者臂踝脉搏波速度（Brachial ankle pulse wave velocity

baPWV）变化规律

观察它与冠状动脉疾病严重程度的关系

期望它成为冠状动脉疾病严重程度预测指标之一。方法:选取2007年10月～2008年5月心血管内科住院疑诊的冠心病患者126人

所有患者均接受冠状动脉造影

冠心病患者52人

非冠心病患者74人

将两组患者baPWV进行比较;再将冠状动脉狭窄病变Gensini积分与baPWV进行相关分析。结果:冠心病患者baPWV明显增高

它与冠状动脉狭窄病变Gensini积分明显相关。结论:冠心病患者baPWV明显增高

它与冠状动脉病变严重程度密切相关

因此

baPWV可作为无创预测冠心病患者病变严重程度指标之一。

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the relationship between Brachial ankle pulse wave velocity(baPWV)and coronary artery disease

and to evaluate the prognosis of patients with coronary artery disease.Methods:To measure baPWV of 52 patients with coronary artery dis-ease and 74 patients without coronary artery disease confirmed by coronary artery angiography

and explore the relationship between baP-WV and Gensini scores by linear-correlated analysis.Results:baPWV is significantly increased in patients with coronary artery disease

and it is related to Gensini scores.Conclusions:Our results suggest that baPWV is related to severity of coronary artery disease.
