摘要

目的:观察可调脉冲光子嫩肤（Variable pulse light

VPL）治疗面部色素斑和毛细血管扩张症的疗效。方法:采用Energist ULTRATM光子嫩肤系统分别对面部色素性疾病患者74例、毛细血管扩张症患者52例进行治疗

依据不同疾病及治疗效果

选择治疗疗程为1

次

每次治疗间隔3周

治疗前后拍照

疗程结束后评价疗效。结果:面部色素性疾病有效率为87.84%

毛细血管扩张症有效率为90.38%

未发现有严重不良反应。结论:VPL治疗面部色素斑和毛细血管扩张症安全、有效。

Abstract

Objective:To Investigate the therapeutic effects of variable pulse light(VPL)in pigment patch and telangiectasis. Methods:126 cases were involved in our study. They were treated 5 times at interval 3 weeks by using photorejuvenation machine (Energist ULTRATM). The face was took photo before and after treatment

the judgement of results was made after the course was completed. Results:The effective rates for pigment patch and telangiectasis were 87.84%

and 90.38% respec- tively. No severe side effect were observed. Conclusion:The treatment of variable pulse light is an effective and safty method for pigment patch and telangiectasis.
