摘要

目的:观察光子嫩肤术对痤疮的治疗效果。方法:采用ENERGISTULTRA可变脉冲光子嫩肤系统

设定合适的波长、脉宽、能量密度、脉冲延迟时间及脉冲模式对186例病人进行个体化治疗。3次为1个疗程

每次治疗间隔21d。治疗后2个月

根据治疗前后的对比相片及临床表现评估治疗效果。结果:平均皮损总数减少80%

炎性红斑减少84%

治愈及显效率达到77%

总有效率96%

复发率3%。结论:光子嫩肤对痤疮有显著的疗效

尤其是红斑性痤疮疗效更明显。

Abstract

Objective:To observe therapeutic efficacy of intense pulsed light on acne. Methods:Acne was treated individually by ENERGIST ULTRA intense pulsed light system and suitable wave length

pulse mode. One course of treatment contained thrice with the interval of 21days. Therapeutic efficacy was evaluated based on contrast picture of before and after treatment and clinical manifestations. Results:Average derma-lesion decreased by 80% and imflammatory erythema decreased by 84%

curing rate reached 77%

total effective rate 96% and recurrence rate 3% . Conclusion:The therapeutic efficacy of intense pulsed light on acne is conspicuous

especially erythema acne.
