摘要

目的:探讨鸟氨酸氨基甲酰转移酶（Ornithine carbamoyltransferase

OCT）在肾脏疾病的诊断价值。方法:分别利用酶联免疫吸附试验和速率法测定健康对照组130例和各类肾脏疾病114例的血清、尿OCT和尿肌酐（UCr）值。结果:健康对照组、肾肿瘤、肾病综合征、上尿路感染、急性肾小球肾炎组的血清OCT值分别为:0.12、0.68、2.35、6.45、144.22IU/L

它们的尿OCT/尿Cr比值分别为:21、133、118、143、371

肾脏疾病组的血清OCT及尿OCT/尿Cr分别显著高于健康对照组（P<0.05）。血清OCT与尿OCT/尿Cr诊断急性肾小球肾炎的敏感度分别为83%、87%

特异性分别为73%、75%。结论:血清OCT与尿OCT/尿Cr是诊断肾脏疾病的特异性指标

对肾脏疾病有较高诊断价值。

Objective:To detect the value of OCT to diagnose kidney disease.Methods:130 cases in control team

the values in acute glomerulonephritis are prominently higher than those in control team(sP<0.05).The sensitivity of serum OCT and U OCT/U Cr diagnosing glomerulonephritis are 83%

respectively.Conclusion:Serum OCT and U OCT/U Cr is a specific guide line to diagnose acute glomerulonephritis

it can be used to diagnose most acute glomerulonephritis
