摘要

目的:探讨用Tei指数检测窘迫胎儿的心功能的价值。方法:用东软Flying彩色多普勒超声诊断仪

分别检测32例有窘迫表现的胎儿及80例正常组胎儿

取胎儿心脏四腔心观

将多普勒取样容积分别置于二尖瓣口下方及主动脉瓣口上方

测量二尖瓣A峰结束至E峰开始时间a

主动脉射血时间b

连续测2～3个周期

取平均值。根据公式ICT+IRT/ET=a-b/b计算出Tei指数。结果:有窘迫表现组胎儿Tei指数明显大于正常组胎儿（P<0.05）。结论:Tei指数由于操作简单

重复性好

可以用作评价胎儿心脏整体功能的常规指标

它对于早期发现胎儿窘迫（Fetal distress）及评估其治疗效果有较大的临床价值。

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the values of detecting cardiac function in fetal distress by Tei index.Methods:Study consisted of 32 cases of fetal distress and 80 matched normal subjects.We recorded the Doppler sample volume at mitral valve in the cardiac four-chamber view of the heart.Respectively

measured for 2~3 cycles

then chosing the average.According to the formula ICT + IRT/ET = a-b/b

we caculated the Tei index.Results:It showed Tei index of cases the fetal distress significantly larger than normal fetuses(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tei index is simple and reproducible.It may be used as regular indicator evaluating of fetal overall cardiac function

which has clinical value for early observation of fetal distress and evaluation their therapeutic effects.
