摘要

目的:探讨核因子κBp65（Nuclear factor-κBp65

NFκB p65）和第10号染色体缺失的磷酸酶及张力蛋白同源的基因（Phosphatase and tensin homolog deleted on chromosometen

PTEN）在喉鳞癌组织中的表达及意义。方法:采用免疫组化法检测52例喉鳞癌组织及30例癌旁正常组织中NFκB p65和PTEN的表达。结果:喉鳞癌中NFκBp65表达明显高于癌旁正常组织（P<0.01）

NFκBp65的表达水平与喉鳞癌的T分期、淋巴结转移及临床分期密切相关（P<0.05）。喉鳞癌中PTEN表达明显低于癌旁正常组织（P<0.01）

PTEN的表达水平与喉鳞癌的T分期、淋巴结转移及临床分期密切相关（P<0.05）。NFκB p65和PTEN蛋白在不同年龄、不同性别、不同临床分型及不同病理分级的喉鳞癌组织中表达差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。NFκB p65和PTEN在喉鳞癌中的表达呈负相关（rs=-0.580

P<0.01）。结论:NFκB p65的高表达及PTEN的缺失表达与喉鳞癌的发生、发展有关

二者有可能成为判断喉鳞癌侵袭能力及预后评估的参考指标。

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the expression of NFκB p65 and PTEN in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma(LSCC) and their clinical significance.Methods:Immunohistochemical staining was used to examine the expression of NFκB p65 and PTEN in 52 cases of LSCC and 30 cases of adjacent normal tissues.Results:The expression positive rates of NFκB p65 in LSCC were obviously higher than those in adjacent normal tissues(P<0.01)

the positive intensities of NFκB p65 was associated with T Stage

lymph node metastasis and clinical stage(P<0.05).The expression positive rates of PTEN in LSCC were obviously lower than those in adjacent normal tissues(P<0.01);the positive intensities of PTEN was associated with T Stage

lymph node metastasis and clinical stage(P<0.05).The positive expression of NFκB p65 and PTEN were not related with the age

and differentiation of LSCC patients(P>0.05).The Spearman analysis indicated that the expression level of NFκB p65 was negatively correlated with that of PTEN significantly(rs=-0.580

P<0.01).Conclusion:The higher expression of NFκB p65 and PTEN loss are associated with pathogenesis and development of LSCC.The two markers may be useful for predicting invasion and metastasis ability and prognosis of LSCC.
