摘要

目的:研究非小细胞肺癌（Non-small cell lung cancer

NSCLC）血管内皮生长因子（Vasular endothelial growth factor A

VEGF-A）VEGF-A的表达与前哨淋巴结新生淋巴管形成及转移的关系。方法:应用免疫组化链霉素抗生物素蛋白-过氧化物霉（SP）法检测65例NSCLC。组织中VEGF-A的表达

免疫荧光实验方法检测前哨淋巴结中淋巴管内皮透明质酸受体。（Lymphatic vessel endothelial HA receptor1

LYVE-1）的表达并标记新生淋巴管密度

结合临床病理特征进行统计学相关性分析。结果:65例NSCLC病人中VEGF-A的表达率为72.3%（47/65）

VEGF-A的表达与前哨淋巴结转移（r=0.453

P<0.01）

临床分期（r=0.442

P<0.01）

前哨淋巴结新生淋巴管密度（r=0.642

P<0.01）呈正相关;与病理分化程度（r=-0.525

P<0.01）呈负相关。结论:NSCLC中VEGF-A的表达与非小细胞肺癌前哨淋巴结新生淋巴管的形成及转移存在明显相关性

可作为判断患者预后的生物指标。

Abstract

Objective: To investigate the expression ofVEGF-Aand the correlation with the sentinel lymph nodes lymphangiogenesis and its metastasis in non-small cell lung cance(rNSCLC).Methods: The expression of VEGF-A was detected in 65 patients with NSCLC by SP immunohistochemistay. The expression of LYVE-1 was detected by immunofluorescence. The new lymphatic vessel density was counted by LYVE-1 and analyzed with clinicopathologic parameters. Results: The positive rate of VEGF-A was 72.3%(47/65)

which was positively correlated with sentinel lympha nodes metastasis(r=0.453

P<0.01)

clinicalstage(r=0.442

P<0.01)

new lymphaticvessel density(r=0.642

P<0.001)and negatively correlated with phathologic differentiation(r=-0.525

P<0.001). Conclusion:The expression of VEGF-A is significantly interrelted with sentinel lymph nodes lymphangiogenesis and metastasis in NSCLC

which may serve as a useful target for patients’prognosis.
