摘要

目的:探讨肝癌组织和癌旁正常肝组织中组织因子途径抑制物2（Tissue factor pathway inhibitor-2

TFPI-2）基因及蛋白表达情况。方法:应用原位杂交和免疫组织化学技术检测30例肝癌患者的癌组织和癌旁正常肝组织中TFPI-2的基因和蛋白表达。结果:正常肝组织中TFPI-2mRNA的表达显著高于肝癌组织（P<0.05）

TFPI-2指数分别为88.23±1.43和30.66±2.47;正常肝组织中TFPI-2蛋白的表达显著高于肝癌组织（P<0.05）

TFPI-2指数分别为46.60±1.80和22.54±1.22。结论:肝癌组织和正常肝组织中TFPI-2mRNA和蛋白表达均存在明显差异

为进一步探讨TFPI-2表达与肝癌的发展、侵袭转移的关系提供了理论依据。

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the expression of tissue factor pathway inhibitor-2(TFPI-2)in hepatocellular carcinoma and tumoradjacent normal tissue.Methods:The expression of TFPI-2 mRNA and protein were determined respectively by in situ hybridization(ISH) and immunohistochemical staining(IHC)in 30 cases of hepatic cancer tissue and tumor-adjacent normal tissues.Results:The expression of TFPI-2 mRNA was obviously higher in normal tissues than in carcinoma(P<0.05)

with the indices of 88.23±1.43 and 30.66±2.47 respectively.The expression ofTFPI-2 protein in normal tissues was higher than that in carcinoma(P<0.05)

with the indices of46.60±1.80 and 22.54±1.22 respectively.Conclusion:The difference in the expression of TFPI-2 is detected between hepatocellular carcinoma and normal hepatic tissue

which provides a theoretical basis for further study on the relation between TFPI-2 and the progression

invasion

and metastasis of liver cancer.
