摘要

目的:探讨3种不同方法治疗腹部手术切口愈合不良的临床疗效观察。方法:采用完全随机方法

将2005年12月至2010年12月手术后切口愈合不良的78例患者分为3组;A组采用负压封闭引流技术（Vacuum sealing drainage

VSD）治疗

B组采用常规换药联合局部喷洒重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子治疗（Recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor

rb-FGF）;C组采用b-FGF联合VSD治疗。结果:A、B、C 3组切口创面均愈合

但切口愈合时间C组<B组<A组;住院时间及费用C组<B组<A组;P<0.05

均具有统计学意义。结论:采用b-FGF联合VSD治疗临床效果更好

值得在临床上推广使用。

Abstract

Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effects of three different kinds of treatments on the healing after abdominal incision.Methods:A totally random method was taken.From December 2005 to December 2010

a total of 78 patients

whose incisions were not healing after operation

were randomly divided into three groups:Group A by treatment of vacuum sealing drainage.Group B by treatment of general dressing change and local spraying with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor

and Group C by combined treatment of b-FGF and VSD.Results:Unhealed abdominal incision wounds in Groups A

and C healed finally.The wound healing time had statistical significance:Group C<Group B<Group A;so did hospital stay and the maintenance charge:Group C <Group B<Group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of the treatment with vacuum sealing drainage combine with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor is a preferable method

and it deserves to be applied in clinical practice.
