摘要

目的:观察护创液在浅Ⅱ度烧（烫）伤治疗中的临床效果。方法:选择创面保护剂即护创液试验组80例

常规治疗对照组80例浅Ⅱ度烧（烫）伤患者。用药后观察创面感染情况、全身变化情况、局部过敏情况、创面红肿渗出消退情况、创面结痂情况、创面愈合时间、换药时间。结果:试验组与对照组中创面红肿渗出消退时间分别为（2.6±1.0）d和（3.2±0.9）d（P<0.05）

有显著差异;试验组与照组创面结痂时间分别为（2.7±0.8）d和（3.4±0.9）d（P<0.05）

有显著差异;试验组与对照组创面平均愈合时间分别为（10.0±1.9）d和（10.5±2.1）d（P>0.05）

无明显差异;试验组与对照组换药时间分别为（98.6±42.4）min和（169.0±82.2）min（P<0.05）显著缩短;两组均未出现创面感染、全身不良反应和过敏情况。结论:护创液是一种安全、有效、方便的外用创面保护剂

适用于浅Ⅱ度烧（烫）伤创面

能安全有效地隔离创面、抗菌以促进创面愈合。

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of wound protection fluid as dressings to cure superficial Ⅱ degree burns.Methods:160 patients suffering from superficial Ⅱ degree burns were randomized into two groups

which included the traditional group as control and the wound protection fluid dressing group.The inflammation release time

scab and healing time

and dressing time were observed.Results:In this test

the wound protection fluid could significantly decrease the inflammation release time

incrustation time and dressing time(P<0.05)without wound infection or other adverse reactions.Conclusion:It is feasible that the wound protection fluid used as a new

safe

simple and effective cover to treat superficial Ⅱ degree burn wounds.
