摘要

目的:综合分析国内有关大脑前交通动脉瘤临床报道病例的治疗方式以及预后情况。方法:用关键词途径对维普中文科技期刊数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网和万方数据库收录的前交通动脉瘤介入和夹闭治疗对比的病例报道资料进行检索

经严格筛选后最后纳入的文献用RevMan5.1进行Meta分析。结果:纳入5篇文献

无异质性。对比开颅夹闭组和介入栓塞组

其术后再出血、脑血管痉挛以及预后评分无统计学差异。数据漏斗图分析对称

提示文献无发表偏倚。结论:对于前交通动脉瘤的治疗应结合病例的基本情况、临床特点和影像学资料

合理选择个性化的治疗方案

最大程度地提高生存率和功能恢复

减少并发症。

Abstract

Objective:To collect the published data of clinical reports about anterior communicating aneurysms in China and analyze its treatment strategies and outcomes.Methods:Articles of comparative studies of microsurgical clipping and interventional embolization for anterior communicating aneurysms from VIP

CBM

CNKI and Wangfang database before October 2011 were retrieved

and correlated indexes were extracted for Meta-analysis by using RevMan5.1.Results:The data showed no statistical significance between the interventional embolization and the microsurgical clipping about rebleeding

cerebral vasospasm and outcome scale.Conclusion:Optimal therapy for anterior communicating aneurysms much depends on personal evaluation of the clinical and imaging characters.
