Objective To compare the clinical effect of Vecchietti vaginoplasty and laparoscopic peritoneum vaginoplasty on congenital genital tract malformation syndrome. Methods A total of 52 patients with congenital genital tract malformation from January 2015 to January 2018 in our hospital were selected

vaginal lubrication and dyspareunia between two groups(P＞0.05).The sexual satisfaction and overall scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group

the difference was significant(P＜0.05).After 1 to 3 days of surgery

the vaginal length of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After 6 months of surgery

the vaginal depth between two groups showed no statistically significant difference(P＞0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in postoperative complication rate between two groups(P＞0.05). Conclusion Both of Vecchietti vaginoplasty and Davydov vaginoplasty have its own advantages in treatment of congenital genital tract malformation.Vecchietti vaginoplasty can reduce the clinical trauma and promote the recovery

while Davydov vaginoplasty can improve the sexual life quality and recover the vaginal length.Therefore

the proper surgical mode can be selected according to the patient′s actual conditions.
