Objective To explore the effect of high-quality care in patients with breast cancer

so as to provide a reference for clinical treatment. Methods A total of 128 patients with breast cancer from January 2020 to August 2021 in Zhumadian Central Hospital were selected as the study participants. They were randomly assigned to the observation group and control group

with 64 cases for each group. Routine care intervention was employed in the control group

and high-quality care; in the observation group on the basis of the care in the control group. The incidence of adverse reactions during hospital stays was compared between the two groups. The rehabilitation effect of the two groups was assessed using a self-made rehabilitation quality assessment scale at discharge. The quality of life of the two groups was assessed using the World Health Organization Quality of Life assessment（WHOQOL-100） at discharge. The nursing satisfaction of the patients was investigated using a self-made nursing satisfaction questionnaire from our hospital at discharge. Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 14.06%

which was significantly lower than that in the control group（37.50%

P<0.05）. The rehabilitation quality assessment scale and WHOQOL-100 score in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P<0.05）. The total satisfaction rate of care in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion The use of high-quality care in patients with breast cancer can promote their rehabilitation

and improve their quality of life and nursing satisfaction

with significant effect

which justifies a wider application of this procedure clinically.
