E ffect of hospital-community-family triple-integrated extended care in the care of patients with acute myocardial infarction
Objective To explore the effect of hospital-community-family triple-integrated extended care in the care of patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods Ninety patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to a hospital in Henan from December 2018 to December 2020 were selected for this study
and the patients were divided into an observation group(n=45) and a control group(n=45) using the random number table method. Patients in the control group received conventional care
and patients in the observation group were given hospital-community-family triple-integrated extended care on the basis of the control group. The medication compliance of the two groups was compared; the Beck Anxiety Inventory(BAI) and Beck Depression Inventory-Ⅱ(BDI-Ⅱ) scores before the intervention and at 3 months after discharge were compared; the General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES) and the Activities of Daily Living(ADL) scores before the intervention and at 3 months after discharge were compared between the two groups. The incidence of adverse cardiovascular events and readmission were compared between the two groups. Results The overall medication compliance rate of patients in the observation group was 93.33%
which was higher than that of 77.78% in the control group
with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Before the intervention
there was no statistically significant difference between the BAI and BDI-Ⅱ scores of patients in the 2 groups(P>0.05); after the intervention
the BAI and BDI-Ⅱscores of patients in the 2 groups were lower than those before the intervention and lower in the observation group than in the control group
with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Before the intervention
there was no statistically significant difference between the GSES and ADL scores of patients in the 2 groups(P>0.05); at 3 months after discharge
the GSES scores of patients in the 2 groups were higher than before the intervention
and the observation group was higher than the control group; the ADL scores of patients in the 2 groups were lower than before the intervention
and the observation group was lower than the control group. All differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence rate of adverse cardiovascular events and readmission rate of patients in the observation group were 4.44% and 2.22%
which were lower than those in the control group
17.76% and 17.76%
and thedifferences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of hospital-community-family triple-integrated extended care in the care of patients with acute myocardial infarction can improve patients’ compliance with medication after PCI
improve patients’ adverse psychological mood
enhance self-efficacy
improve daily living ability
and reduce the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events and readmission rate. Therefore
it is worthy of clinical promotion.
