Effects of multidisc iplinary collaborative care model in the perioperative care of patients with intrahepatic bile duct stones
Objective To explore the effect of multidisciplinary collaborative care model in the perioperative care of patients with intrahepatic bile duct stones. Methods Eighty-seven patients with intrahepatic bile duct stones admitted to a hospital in Liaoyang City from May 2018 to August 2020 were selected as study subjects
and they were divided into an observation group(46 cases) and a control group(41 cases) using the random number table method. Patients in the control group were given conventional care while patients in the observation group were given multidisciplinary collaborative care model based on the care in the control group
and both groups received care for 7 d. Complications
negative emotions [Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale(HAMA) and Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD) scores]
pain level [Verbal Rating Scale(VRS) and Numeric Rating Scale(NRS) scores] were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results Before the nursing care
there was no statistically significant difference between the HAMA and HAMD scores of patients in the 2 groups(P>0.05). After nursing care
the HAMA and HAMD scores of patients in the 2 groups were lower than before nursing care
and the observation group was lower than the control group
and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). Before nursing care
there was no statistically significant difference between the VRS and NPS scores of patients in the two groups(P>0.05). After nursing care
the VRS and NPS scores of patients in the two groups were lower than before nursing care
and the observation group was lower than the control group
and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The complication rate of patients in the observation group was 4.35%
which was lower than that of 24.40% in the control group
and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=5.735
P=0.017). Conclusion The multidisciplinary collaborative care model can effectively improve the negative emotions of patients with intrahepatic bile duct stones in the perioperative period
reduce postoperative pain and postoperative complications
and is worthy of clinical application.
