Objective To explore the effect of quantitative management nursing in pre-hospital emergency care for acute poisoning patients.Methods One hundred and fifty-five cases of acute poisoning patients who were treated in the emergency department of a hospital in Henan province from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the study subjects.Using the random number table method

patients were divided into an observation group（n=78） and a control group（n=77）.Patients in the control group received conventional pre-hospital emergency care

and patients in the observation group were given quantitative management care on the basis of the control group.The treatment compliance

recovery and survival quality of patients in the 2 groups were compared.Results The compliance rate of patients in the observation group was 96.16%

higher than that of 83.12% in the control group

and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.The vital signs

consciousness

important organ damage and poisoning symptom scores of patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group

and the differences were all statistically significant（P<0.05）.The excellent survival quality rate of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group

and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion Quantitative management nursing applied to pre-hospital emergency care for acute poisoning patients can improve patients’ compliance

recovery and survival quality

and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
