Objective To explore the influence of the standardized training network information platform on nurses’ leadership and professional competence. Methods Ninety nurses newly recruited in a hospital in Henan Province from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the study subjects. According to the difference between the nurses’ entry time

45 nurses who entered from January to October 2017 were categorized as the control group

and 45 nurses who entered from November 2017 to December 2018 were categorized as the study group. Nurses in the control group received a 3-month traditional pre-service training; nurses in the study group received a 3-month pre-service training on the standardized training network information platform. The professional competence and leadership of the nurses in the 2 groups were compared before and after training. The patient satisfaction and assessment scores of nurses in the 2 groups were also compared after training. Results After training

and the study group was higher than the control group

with statistically significant differences（P<0.05）. The nursing scope

complaint assessment and praise assessment scores of nurses in the study group were higher than those in the control group

the leadership scores of nurses in both groups were higher than those before the training

and the study group was higher than the control group

with statistically significant differences（P <0.05）. Conclusion The standardized training network information platform can provide various methods to improve the professional competence of hospital nursing staff

and the training time and space are flexible and operable

which is of positive significance to the improvement of hospital nursing service quality and has broad application prospects.
