Analysis of risk factors for hypotension after intravertebral anesthesia for cesarean section
Objective To analyze the risk factors of hypotension after intravertebral anesthesia for cesarean section surgery and to develop prevention and treatment strategies for clinical treatment. Methods One hundred and sixty women who underwent cesarean section with intralesional anesthesia in the obstetrics and gynecology department of a hospital in Shenyang from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected as study subjects and divided into hypotensive and non-hypotensive groups according to whether hypotension occurred after intralesional anesthesia was performed
and the risk factors for postanesthetic hypotension were analyzed. Results Among 160 women who underwent cesarean section
71 women(44.4%) had hypotension after intravesical anesthesia; single factor analysis showed that the mode of anesthesia
preoperative heart rate
pre-pregnancy body mass index(BMI)
and post-pregnancy body mass gain had an effect on the occurrence of hypotension after intravesical anesthesia(all P<0.05); multi-factor logistic regression analysis showed that preoperative heart rate ≥90 beats/min
prepregnancy BMI ≥ 24 kg/m2
and post-pregnancy body mass gain ≤11 kg were risk factors for hypotension after vertebral intravascular anesthesia for cesarean section. Conclusion Preoperative heart rate ≥90 beats/min
prepregnancy BMI ≥24 kg/m2
and post-pregnancy body mass gain ≤11 kg are risk factors for hypotension after intravertebral anesthesia for cesarean delivery
so the above indicators should be controlled reasonably in pregnant women
and they should be taken seriously as a guide for clinical prediction of hypotension.
