Effect of adaptive psychological nursing on negative emotion in patients with hypertension complicated with heart failure
Objective To analyze the effect of adaptive psychological nursing on negative emotion in patients with hypertension complicated with heart failure. Methods A total of 150 patients with hypertension complicated with heart failure treated in a hospital in Henan Province from May 2019 to May 2020 were randomly divided into study group and control group
with 75 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received traditional nursing
while patients in the study group received adaptive psychological nursing on the basis of control group. The scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)
self-rating depression scale(SDS) and SPIEGEL were compared between the two groups before nursing and 2 weeks after nursing. The cardiovascular accidents were compared between the two groups at discharge. Results After 2 weeks of nursing
the scores of SAS(33.28±1.64) and SDS(31.52±1.84) in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(44.82±6.49)(43.28±7.11)
respectively(P<0.05). After 2 weeks of nursing
the scores of feeling after awakening
dreaming
sleep depth
frequency of waking up at night
total sleep time in one night and time to go to bed in SPIEGEL of the two groups were(1.05±0.16)
(1.25±0.26)
(1.25±0.13)
(1.05±0.26)
( 1.31±0.62) and(1.16±0.44) respectively
which was significantly lower than that in the control group(3.55±0.34)
(4.62±0.49)
(4.18±0.24)
(4.28±1.33)
(4.08±1.22) and(4.08±1.09)(P<0.05). The incidence of cardiovascular accidents in the study group was 2.66%
which was lower than 14.66% in the control group
and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of adaptive psychological nursing in the nursing of patients with hypertension complicated with heart failure can effectively improve the negative emotions of the patients
reduce the incidence of cardiovascular accidents
and improve the sleep quality of the patients. Adaptive psychological nursing has significant clinical effect in patients with hypertension complicated with heart failure
