摘要

目的探讨Rab35、TMPRSS4及CIP2A蛋白在子宫内膜癌中的表达及与预后的关系。方法选取2005年1月-2017年1月福建省某医院收治的100例子宫内膜癌患者作为研究对象

收集患者的临床及随访资料

比较Rab35、TMPRSS4及CIP2A蛋白在不同组织中的表达情况;分析Rab35、TMPRSS4及CIP2A表达对子宫内膜癌患者预后的影响及影响患者预后的危险因素。结果子宫内膜癌组织中Rab35、TMPRSS4及CIP2A蛋白高表达率高于癌旁正常组织

差异有统计学意义（χ

0.001）。浸润肌层深度≥1/2、肿瘤分期Ⅲ～Ⅳ期、分化程度G1、淋巴结转移的子宫内膜癌患者Rab35、CIP2A及TMPRSS4蛋白高表达率均高于浸润肌层深度

1/2、肿瘤分期Ⅰ～Ⅱ期、分化程度G2、G3及淋巴结未转移者

差异均有统计学意义（P

0.05）。Rab35、TMPRSS4及CIP2A蛋白表达阴性者中位生存时间长于表达阳性者

Abstract

Objective To investigate the expression of Rab35

TMPRSS4 and CIP2A proteins in endometrial carcinoma and its relationship with clinicopathological features and prognosis. Methods The clinical and follow-up data of 100 patients with endometrial carcinoma treated in a hospital in Fujian Province from January 2005 to January 2017 were collected. The expressions of Rab35

TMPRSS4 and CIP2A proteins in different tissues were compared. The relationship between Rab35

TMPRSS4

CIP2A protein and pathological parameters of patients with endometrial carcinoma was analyzed. The effects of Rab35

TMPRSS4 and CIP2A expression on the prognosis of patients with endometrial carcinoma

and the risk factors affecting the prognosis of patients with endometrial carcinoma were analyzed. Results The high expression rates of Rab35

TMPRSS4 and CIP2A protein in endometrial carcinoma tissues were significantly higher than those in adjacent normal tissues; and the difference was statistically significant.（χ
