摘要

目的探讨止咳橘红口服液联合乙酰半胱氨酸泡腾片治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性加重期的疗效。方法选取辽宁省某医院2018年1月—2019年12月收治的90例COPD急性加重期患者

采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组

每组45例。对照组患者在常规对症治疗基础上给予乙酰半胱氨酸泡腾片治疗

观察组患者在对照组基础上联用止咳橘红口服液治疗。比较2组患者的临床疗效、治疗期间不良反应发生情况及治疗前后肺功能、慢阻肺患者自我评估测试(CAT)评分及6min步行距离。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为95.56%

高于对照组的82.22%

差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前

2组患者第1秒用力呼气量(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)及FEV1/FVC比较

差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后

2组患者FEV1、FVC及FEV1/FVC均高于治疗前

且观察组高于对照组

差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前

2组患者6min步行距离及CAT评分比较

差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后

2组患者6min步行距离及CAT评分均高于治疗前

且观察组高于对照组

差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良反应发生率为6.67%

低于对照组的22.22%

差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论止咳橘红口服液联合乙酰半胱氨酸泡腾片用于COPD急性加重期治疗效果较好

有助于改善患者肺功能。

Abstract

Objective To explore the efficacy of Zhike Juhong Koufuye combined with acetylcysteine effervescent tablets in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）.Methods A total of 90 patients with acute exacerbation of COPD in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group

with 45 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with acetylcysteine effervescent tablets on the basis of routine symptomatic treatment

and the patients in the observation group were treated with Zhike Juhong Koufuye on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy

CAT score and 6 min walking distance were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of patients in the observation group was 93.33%

which was higher than that in the control group（82.22%）

and the difference was statistically significant（P

0.05）.Conclusion Zhike juhong koufuye combined with acetylcysteine effervescent tablets is effective in the treatment of acute exacerbation of COPD

and can help to improve the lung function of the patients.
