Study on the prevention and control strategies of blood purification center in response to COVID-19
Abstract
COVID-19 is an infectious disease.Due to the low immunity of maintenance hemodialysis patients
most of them are combined with multiple chronic diseases and belong to high-risk susceptible groups.Hemodialysis centers are relatively dense and closed places with high crowd mobility
resulting in an increased risk of novel coronavirus infection among people walking in the area and a high risk of aggregated outbreaks. Therefore
during the epidemic of COVID-19
it is especially important to do a good job in the prevention and control of maintenance hemodialysis patients. In this paper
we develop infection prevention and control management strategies based on the actual situation of a hemodialysis center in a hospital in Chengdu
and effectively guide patients to protect themselves.Up to now
the hemodialysis center of a hospital in Chengdu is functioning well
and no hemodialysis patients have been infected with COVID-19
