Marjolin溃疡是由烧伤、慢性血管缺血性损伤、压疮等引起的慢性溃疡恶性病变，其发生率随着病因范围的扩大和相关慢性疾病发病率的升高而逐渐增高。Marjolin溃疡的潜伏期长，往往容易被忽视。本文对Marjolin溃疡临床特点和病理类型及其预后的研究现状作一综述，以期提高临床对该病的认识。
