摘要

脑微出血（CMBs)是脑小血管病的典型影像学表现之一。随着磁共振检查技术的发展，CMBs在正常成人及临床多种疾病患者中均有检出，其在脑内的分布部位也因微出血的发病机制不同而各异。CMBs具体的病理生理学机制尚不明确，由于其起病隐匿且进展缓慢，对其临床意义的认识也存在争议；且微出血病灶数目增多，也会进一步影响患者的生活质量和自理能力。本文就CMBs的临床及影像学研究进展进行总结，旨在为伴发CMBs的临床相关疾病的治疗及决策提供一定参考。
