摘要

脊髓损伤（spinal cord injury，SCI）后再髓鞘化障碍是导致患者神经功能缺失的主要原因。作为周围神经系统（periph－eral nervous system，PNS）的神经胶质细胞，施万细胞（Schwann cells，SC）参与PNS髓鞘的形成与修复。越来越多的研究显示，SCI发生后可在损伤部位观察到SC。本文就SC参与SCI修复过程的细胞来源、修复机制及受到的调控因素进行综述。

Abstract

Remyelination disorder after spinal cord injury（SCI） is the main cause of neurological dysfunction in patients. As the glial cells of the peripheral nervous system（PNS），Schwann cells（SC） are involved in the formation and repair of myelin sheath. However，more and more studies have shown that SC can be observed at the injured site after SCI. In this paper，we have reviewed the cell source，repair mechanism and regulatory factors of SC in the process of SCI repair.
