摘要

目的基于数据挖掘研究中药治疗系统性红斑狼疮含生地黄处方用药规律。方法检索CNKI、VIP、WanFang Data、CBM中中药治疗系统性红斑狼疮含生地黄处方的文献

并构建数据库

应用描述性统计、关联规则、决策树模型进行处方用药规律分析。结果本研究筛选出中药治疗系统性红斑狼疮含生地黄处方203例

涉及药物264味

清热药、补虚药、活血化瘀药、清热平肝药、利水渗湿药的用药频率位居前5位

生地黄、甘草、丹参、牡蛎、茯苓用药频次分别位列各大药类之首;最高频次药物组合为生地黄-牡丹皮;支持度> 25%

置信度> 80%的关联规则包括生地黄-水牛角、生地黄-玄参、生地黄-金银花等;关联规则复杂网络图得知生地黄、牡丹皮、玄参、甘草、赤芍、青蒿之间关系最密切;以生地黄为因变量的决策树体现出牡丹皮、熟地黄、玄参、薏苡仁、茯苓、紫草、地骨皮、牛膝、知母在配伍过程中的重要地位。结论中药治疗系统性红斑狼疮含生地黄处方用药以扶正祛邪为主

滋补肝肾之阴以扶正

清热凉血解毒以祛邪

兼以活血化瘀、清热平肝、利水渗湿之品。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the medication rule of traditional Chinese medicine（T.C.M）prescriptions containing Radix Rehmanniae in the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus（SLE）based on data mining.Methods CNKI

VIP

WanFang Data

and CBM were searched for the articles on TCM prescriptions containing Radix Rehmanniae in the treatment of SLE. A database was established

and descriptive statistics

association rule

and decision tree model were used to analyze the medication rule of prescriptions. Results A total of 203 SLE cases treated with TCM prescriptions containing Radix Rehmanniae were screened out in this study

involving 264 drugs. The top five types of drugs in terms of frequency were heat-clearing drugs

deficiency-tonifying drugs

blood-activating and stasis-resolving drugs

heat-clearing and liver-calming drugs

and diuresis-inducing and dampness-draining drugs

and Radix Rehmanniae

Radix Glycyrrhizae

Salvia Miltiorrhiza

Concha Ostreae

and Poria Cocos had the highest frequency in each type. The most frequently used drug combination was Radix Rehmanniae-Cortex Moutan Radicis. The association rules with support > 25% and confidence > 80% included Radix Rehmanniae-Cornu Bubali

Radix Rehmanniae-Radix Scrophulariae

and Radix Rehmanniae-Lonicera Japonica

and the complex network diagram of association rules showed the closest association between Radix Rehmanniae

and Artemisia Apiacea.The decision tree with Radix Rehmanniae as a dependent variable showed the important position of Cortex Moutan Radicis

and Rhizoma Anemarrhenae in compatibility. Conclusion Vital Qi-strengthening and pathogen-eliminating drugs are mainly used in TCM prescriptions containing Radix Rehmanniae for the treatment of SLE. Liver-kidney Yin is nourished to strengthen vital Qi

and heat-clearing

blood-cooling

and detoxicating drugs are used to eliminate pathogens

with the combination of blood-activating and stasis-resolving drugs

heat-clearing and liver-calming drugs

and diuresis-inducing and dampness-draining drugs.
