摘要

外胚层发育不良受体EDA2R（ectodysplasin A2 receptor）是肿瘤坏死因子受体超级家族（tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily

TNFRSF）中的一个较新的成员

在发育中的胚胎里有很高的表达

在成年人和动物的多个器官组织中也有表达。与其它TNFRSF成员不同

尽管EDA2R蛋白在胞内没有死亡结构域（death domain

DD）

但它仍可激活NF-κB和JNK通路

并介导细胞的凋亡。本文广泛回顾了近年来与EDA2R有关的文献

就该蛋白分子的相关研究进展进行综述

以期为与该蛋白相关的分子功能或其介导的相关疾病的研究提供新的思路。

Abstract

Ectodysplasin A2 receptor（EDA2 R）is a relatively new member of the tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily（TNFRSF）

and it is highly expressed in developing embryos and is also expressed in multiple organs and tissues of adult human and animals. Different from other TNFRSF members

EDA2 R protein does not contain the death domain in the intracellular region

but it can still activate the NF-κB and JNK pathways and mediate cell apoptosis. This article reviews related articles on EDA2 R in recent years and related research advances in this protein

in order to provide new ideas for research on molecular functions associated with EDA2 R or related diseases mediated by EDA2 R.
