摘要

胃癌（gastric cancer

GC）作为消化道恶性肿瘤中的高发病

以其发现晚、预后差为特点

极大威胁人类的健康及生存。环状RNA（circular RNA

circRNA）是一类新型的调节RNA

其闭合共价环使其具有明显的酶抗性

在各种真核生物中调控基因表达。研究发现

环状RNA的生物学功能及表达失调可影响肿瘤的发生发展

具有诊断肿瘤及其预后评估的潜在价值。因此

探寻环状RNA对胃癌的作用及其作为生物标志物的可能性

从而为胃癌的诊断和预后提供新思路具有重要意义。本文对环状RNA对胃癌诊断及预后的意义作一综述。

Abstract

Gastric cancer is a gastrointestinal malignancy with a high incidence rate

and it greatly threatens the health and survival of human due to advanced stage at the time of identification and poor prognosis. Circular RNA（circRNA）is a new type of regulatory RNA with a closed covalent ring structure

which brings significant enzyme resistance

and it regulates gene expression in various eukaryotes. Studies have shown that the biological function and abnormal expression of circRNA can affect the development and progression of tumors

and thus it has a potential value in the diagnosis and prognostic evaluation of tumor. Therefore

it is of great significance to explore the role of circRNA in gastric cancer and its possibility as a biomarker

so as to provide new ideas for the diagnosis and prognosis of gastric cancer. This article summarizes the significance of circRNA in the diagnosis and prognosis of gastric cancer.
