摘要

目的:通过蛭龙活血通瘀胶囊对风痰瘀阻型脑卒中患者的治疗

探讨其对患者外周血TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6及神经功能的影响。方法:选取风痰瘀阻型脑卒中患者60例随机分为蛭龙组30例（基础治疗+蛭龙活血通瘀胶囊1.6 g每日三次）、非蛭龙组30例（基础治疗）

观察疗程1个周。检测患者第1、3、7 d外周血TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6及评估患者NIHSS评分、BI评分。结果:第1～7 d

脑卒中患者外周血TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6逐渐降低;蛭龙组较非蛭龙组降低显著（P <0.05）。经治疗后

两组患者NIHSS评分降低

BI评分升高（P <0.05）;在第7 d

蛭龙组NIHSS评分低于非蛭龙组

BI评分高于非蛭龙组（P <0.05）。结论:蛭龙活血通瘀胶囊可降低脑卒中患者外周血中TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6水平

降低患者NIHSS评分

升高BI评分。其可减轻免疫炎症反应

保护脑组织

促进患者神经功能的恢复及日常生活能力的提高

改善患者的预后。

Abstract

Objective:To apply Zhilong Huoxue Tongyu Capsule in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke with syndrome of wind-phlegm stasis

and to investigate its impact on nerve function and levels of tumor necrosis factor（TNF）-α

interleukin（IL）-1β

and IL-6 in peripheral blood. Methods:Sixty acute ischemic stroke patients with syndrome of wind-phlegm stasis were randomly and equally divided into Zhilong group（basic treatment + Zhilong Huoxue Tongyu Capsule at a dose of 1.6 g

three times a day） and non-Zhilong group（basic treatment）. The course of treatment was 1 week. The levels of TNF-α

IL-1β

and IL-6 in peripheral blood

the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale（NIHSS） score

and Barthel Index（BI） score were determined on days 1

and 7. Results:From day 1 to day 7

the levels of TNF-α

IL-1β

and IL-6 in peripheral blood gradually decreased in patients with stroke. The reduction was significantly greater in the Zhilong group than in the non-Zhilong group（P < 0.05）. After treatment

both groups had significantly reduced NIHSS scores and significantly increased BI scores（P < 0.05）. On day 7

the Zhilong group had a significantly lower NIHSS score and a significantly higher BI score than the non-Zhilong group（P < 0.05）. Conclusion:Zhilong Huoxue Tongyu Capsule can decrease levels of TNF-α

IL-1β

and IL-6 in peripheral blood

reduce NIHSS score

and increase BI score in stroke patients. It can reduce the immune inflammatory response

protect the brain tissue

promote the recovery of nerve function

improve the activities of daily living

and improve the prognosis of patients.
