摘要

近年来

随着冠心病发病率不断升高

该病已成为国人健康的重大威胁。研究表明转化生长因子-β（transforming growth factor-β

TGF-β）在冠心病的发生发展中起着至关重要的作用

它主要调节细胞生长、促进组织纤维化、抑制炎症等

且诸多治疗冠心病的药物均与TGF-β有关。本文综述了近年来TGF-β与冠心病及其治疗药物（包括西药及中药）之间的关系

为中西医工作者对治疗及研究该病提供一定的参考及依据。

Abstract

In recent years

coronary heart disease has become a significant threat to the health of Chinese people with its continuously increasing incidence rate. Research has shown that transforming growth factor-β（TGF-β）plays a crucial role in the development and progression of coronary heart disease. It mainly regulates cell growth

promotes tissue fibrosis

and inhibits inflammation. In addition

a large number of drugs for the treatment of coronary heart disease are related to TGF-β. This article reviews the relationship between TGF-β and coronary heart disease as well as its therapeutic drugs（including Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine） in recent years

and provides a reference and basis for traditional Chinese and Western medical workers to treat and study this disease.
