摘要

肌筋膜触发点（MTr Ps）是骨骼肌上发现的离散的、高敏感的过度刺激点

与位于紧绷带上的高度敏感性的可触及结节相关。MTr Ps是引起局部疾病和牵涉性疼痛的原因之一

可以引起急性和慢性的局部或全身疼痛。本文就MTr Ps的评估诊断方式以及不同治疗方法干预MTr Ps相关受累肌肉的效果作一综述

为MTr Ps的治疗提供参考。

Abstract

Myofascial trigger points（MTrPs） are discrete

hypersensitive hyperstimulation points found on skeletal muscle associated with highly sensitive palpable nodules located on tight bands. MTr Ps are a cause of local and referred pain and can cause acute or chronic local or generalized pain. This article provides a review of the diagnostic modalities for the evaluation of MTr Ps and the effects of different therapeutic interventions on the affected muscles associated with MTrPs

providing a reference for the treatment of MTrPs.
