Population aging is a major issue affecting the medium and long-term development of China’s economy and society

and it is urgent to actively deal with population aging under the wave of aging. The proportion of chronic diseases among the elderly is the highest in all age groups

and the demand for medical care is stronger

so an eldercare model combining medical and nursing care is the best way to meet the demands of the older citizens

especially the elderly. In this paper

we analyze the training and motivation of talents in the construction of talent team for medical and nursing care in the context of aging and propose countermeasures to improve the construction of talent team from the perspective of talent training and management.
