Objective To explore the application value of standardized management procedures in patient accepting assisted reproductive technology.Methods A total of 80 patients who were treated in a hospital in Shenyang from May 2017 to May 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random digits table

40 patients in each group.Conventional care procedures were given to patients in the control group

while standardized management procedures were given to patients in the observation group.The nursing satisfaction

compliance and scores of self-rating depression scale（SDS）and self-rating anxiety scale（SAS）before and after the intervention in two groups were compared.Results The nursing satisfaction in the observation group（100.00%）was significantly higher than that in the control group（87.50%）

with statistically significant differences（P<0.05）.The compliance rate in the observation group（95.00%）was higher than that in the control group（72.50%）

with statistically significant differences（P<0.05）.Before the intervention

the comparison of SAS and SDS scores between two groups had no statistically significant differences（P>0.05）.After intervention

SAS and SDS scores in two groups were significantly lower than those before intervention;SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group;both differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion Standardized management process for patient is beneficial to improve patients′ mental status

improve patients′compliance and nursing satisfaction

which is worth of clinical promotion.
