Application effectiveness of early rehabilitation on nursing of precutaneous coronary interventions in patients with acute myocardial infarction
Objective To investigate the application effectiveness of early rehabilitation on nursing of precutaneous coronary interventions(PCI)in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods A total of 96 patients with AMI in one hospital of Henan Province from January to December 2017 were selected as study objects and were divided into the study group(n=48)and the control group(n=48)according to the random digits table. The routine nursing was given to the control group
while the rehabilitation nursing was given to the study group on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effectiveness
average hospitalization days
left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)
left ventricular end diastolic volume(LVEDV)
left ventricular end-systolic volume(LVESV)and heart beat variation index(HRVI)in two groups were compared. Results After nursing for one week
the total effective rate in the study group was 91.66%
which was higher than that of 75.00%in the control group(P<0.05).LVEF in the study group was(47.7±3.5)%
which was significantly higher than that of(42.9±3.2)%in the control group(P<0.05).LVEDV and LVESV in the study group were(70.9±4.7)mL and(24.2±3.1)mL
respectively. Both were lower than those in the control group
which were(75.3±5.6)mL and(27.2±3.8)mL
respectively(both P<0.05).Average hospitalization days in the study group were(14.2±2.3)d
which were significantly shorter than those of(18.1±2.1)d in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing in AMI patients underwent PCI can obtain a good effectiveness
which is beneficial to improve the therapeutic effectiveness
shorten the hospitalization days
accelerate the recovery and improve patients′life quality
