Objective To investigate the effects of Jiawei shenling baizhu powder on serum inflammatory factors and sex hormones in patients with ovarian cancer.Methods In this study

90 cases of patients with concurrent ovarian cancer surgery treated in a hospital in Zhengzhou from January 2017 to February 2019 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method

with 45 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received conventional treatment.Patients in the observation group were given Jiawei shenling baizhu powder on the basis of treatment in the control group.Compare the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups of patients during treatment;compare the levels of serum C-reactive protein（CRP）

interleukin-6（IL-6）and tumor necrosis factor-α（TNF-α）in the two groups of patients before and after treatment

serum Follicle-stimulating hormone（FSH）

estradiol（E2）and luteinizing hormone（LH）levels.Results Before treatment

the levels of CRP

IL-6 and TNF-αin the two groups were not statistically significant（P>0.05）.After treatment

the levels of CRP

IL-6 and TNF-αin the two groups were lower than before treatment

the observation group was significantly lower than the control group

and the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.Before treatment

the levels of FSH

E2

and LH in the two groups were not statistically significant（P>0.05）.After treatment

the levels of FSH

E2

and LH in the two groups were lower than before treatment

and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group

the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.During the treatment period

no significant adverse reactions occurred in the control group.One adverse reaction（gastrointestinal discomfort）occurred in the observation group.The incidence of adverse reactions was 2.22%.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups（P>0.05）.Conclusion Jiawei shenling baizhu powder can effectively inhibit the inflammatory response after ovarian cancer surgery

regulate the levels of FSH

e2 and LH in patients

and has high safety

which is worthy of clinical application.
