Objective To explore that affecting the prognosis of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in adolescents.Methods From January 2013 to September 2015

60 young patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in a hospital of Luoyang were selected as objects of study.The patients were divided into improved group（n=36）and unimproved group（n=24）

and factors including ages

gender

bleeding parts

whether drink alcohol

whether blood flow into ventricle

preoperative score of Glasgow Coma Scale（GCS）

preoperative average systolic pressure

whether complicated with cerebral hernia and effect of hematoma clearance were analyzed to research their influence on the prognosis of patients.Results Comparing the factors of 2groups including ages

preoperative average systolic pressure

effect of hematoma clearance

there was no statistical significance（P>0.05）.The GCS grade of improved group was higher than the unimproved group and the diffirence showed statistical significance（P<0.01）.The difference between patients’ improvement rates showed no statistical significance on gender

bleeding parts（P>0.05）

while it had statistical significance on whether drink

whether blood flow into ventricle and whether complicated with cerebral hernia（P<0.01）.Binary Logistic regression analysis results showed that the preoperative GCS score
